Senior Production Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled people/account manager with project management experience to lead the project delivery and production team for all Emerging Services at Elite (Thought Leadership, Elite Authors, and Elite Editing Publishing).

Editorial Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled editor of fiction, nonfiction, and content writing who also has familiarity with design.

What to Expect

All open positions at Elite are generally filled as quickly as possible, and a standard timeline is four weeks from the first screening call to the start date. The interview process typically extends over 7–10 business days, and most candidates will start two weeks after their written acceptance.

1. Application

Following the appropriate instructions for the position you’re interested in, you will submit your resume and statement of interest—and test or tests, if applicable. You’ll receive a confirmation page when you’ve submitted correctly.

2. Screening and Skills Testing

Selected candidates will be invited to a screening call with the hiring manager. For some positions, a skills test will be required before or after the screening call. We won’t spring it on you as a surprise, however! This information will be in the job description.

3. Interviews

We will then invite a few select candidates to interview with a combination of the leadership team and direct managers or peers. The number of interviews depends on the position, and we will communicate those expectations in the screening call. (Again, the only surprises we like are surprise parties.)

4. Offer of Employment

The hiring manager will give a verbal offer to the successful candidate, followed by a written offer. We like people to respond to the written offer within a few business days.

5. Onboarding

New hires are then onboarded and integrated into the team. We provide a 60- or 90-day onboarding plan for each new hire, and during that time, you will receive one-on-one support from the hiring manager and your direct manager.
