So much advice about thought leadership is about using the right platforms and hashtags to get results. Following it all can be demanding and frustrating, but thought leadership isn’t about clicks and shares. It’s simply freely offering experiences, insights, and wisdom to others. Really, it’s all about telling your story. People are drawn to stories; if you share one, people will listen and respond. You can share about challenges, successes, or dreams and give as many details as you want—people will hear what they can connect to.
